Overview

Formwork ties or spreader ties are fastening elements used in walls, columns and beams to achieve an ideal finish and strict thicknesses. These spacers help maintain consistent formwork widths. Our wedges are pieces manufactured from high-strength steel sheet, designed to withstand the capacity of the spreader tie without deformation.

Ties

The use of breakable ties and high-strength steel wedges facilitates formwork alignment, preventing it from opening or closing, and helps achieve perfect formwork by always providing the same distances for a uniform wall width. You will obtain clean concrete surfaces, since the breaking point is located inside the wall and the cone hole can be patched easily and accurately.

Wedges

High-carbon steel elements used to hold the formwork walls in place before, during and after concrete pouring. They have a tensile capacity of 1,350 kg each (300 lbs). They are manufactured for any wall width as well as any formwork width.
